"It's so hard to contact anyone in this office & often they're rude if u do connect. If you don't connect you reach a person that's useless for them to tell you " i just hang-up and try calling bavk in a couple minutes". It's now been 4 days i been trying to get in contact with my therapist!!! Unbelievable & completely turned away by it. Definitely thinking of switching over to somewhere else.
