"Looks like I will be finding a new doctor, I've been going here for a long time. But I am tried of the attitudes and rudeness. Don't get me wrong the only reason I stayed is because Mrs. Dixon is the best nurse practitioner but her assistant needs to work on her patience and attitude."
"I was a long term patient of this clinic but I left because the service became so poor, they have a fast turnover of clinicians with no communication from a patients last assigned physician to the next who takes over the caseload of patients, the result, an interruption in scripts being filled with endangers patients health for extended periods while awaiting another opening on the doctors calendar for a visit, which due apparent understaffing can take months. If you care about your well-being do not visit this clinic!"
"Like the doctors the receptionist and it was a good experience but I have not been there for long to say any more than I have already. Now that I have been there a few months plus, procedures and doctors like cardiologists that I was supposed to see or have done I've been waiting for a couple of months now, and nothing has been done, I've had to wait for my doctor to call me back within 48 hours when I was out of my medication, I never got a call back. I did not know the doctor that I was seeing was leaving nobody told me anything, I went in for an appointment and had a whole new doctor that's how I found. I am going to end this thing that I am currently looking for a new doctor."
"I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning. I get there. I was called to the back 30 mins after I checked in. Got my teeth examined, then the hygienist sends me to the front to make ANOTHER appointment to actually get my teeth cleaned. That was the whole point of going there in the first place!! Waste of my time & gas! I won't be back. I really miss my old dental hygienist named Gayle who used to work there."
"Not a good experience. Dental plate had extra teeth. Replacement took too long. 2 cancellations, the receptionist removed my appointment and didn't tell me. The replacements were substandard. The people with the great reviews must have moved on. I would just go somewhere else."
