"The one star is for their welcome desk agent/secretary/or whoever that lady is by the front desk. She made me feel extremely unwelcome whenever I went there. Also, the service I got required more promptness, they almost left my issue at stake by making the process extremely slow. First, I was told my documentation would be done in a couple of days, so I was expecting 5(add a day or two, 7 days at most) business days but it took them entire 17 days with the holiday season interfering, too. Thankfully, I've received my documentation today, which had a due date that we finally caught up with, but I had zero sleep today due to anxiety caused by this, and neither apology nor a comforting smile have I received. I'm only thankful for their doctor, I didn't have any problems with the doctors."
