"I apologize for having to scratch and revise my entire review from yesterday. I was far too upset when posting. If you are looking for a psych doctor in my experience, I would suggest you try somewhere else. I’ve been going there for about 2 1/2 years and over the last several months have been experiencing extreme depression. Mood swings, and panic attacks. And even sometimes anger. I have been open and honest about my feelings with the doctor and successful in staying away from drugs for several months. Anyways, I made an appointment yesterday to talk with him about how I’ve been feeling and to let him know that every two months was not going to be OK. I also needed advice about the next step in possibly getting Social Security disability. He got angry with me and told me I was not understanding. In a matter of five minutes was yelling at me to go go out of his office. he charges my insurance for 15 minutes appointments. He should allow me every bit of that to speak with him whether I was understanding him correctly or not. He then drop me as a patient before I was able to get upset with him and have my reaction. I do apologize , if I disturbed anybody in my reaction but as I said, I have been unstable for several months. And that is the exact person I should have been speaking to about that. Not only did he discharge me as a patient he tried doing so without giving me anywhere else to go which, from what I understand might be illegal. also, I should add before I left. I heard the one receptionist complaining to the other that she had three people scheduled on top of each other for the same time and Dr. Marco schedule. I can only assume that has everything to do with why things happen the way they did."

"I went to the urgent care because I didn’t feel like waiting at the ER. The staff was friendly and I was seen quickly. The nurse practitioner Jennifer was very helpful and explained to me throughly what was going on with me. She listened to my concerns and provided her expert opinion on how I should proceed. I don’t leave reviews usually but I wasn’t feeling well and this clinic saw me fast and the nurse was very kind and helped me get better. I won’t be going to another other UC"

"Was looking for a new clinic for my mother and decided to give this clinic a try and it was the best decision mainly because of NP Jenni. I had an exceptional experience with her. Her expertise and compassionate care truly stood out. She took the time to thoroughly address my mom's concerns, explain medical information in a way we could understand, and exhibited genuine empathy. Her level of professionalism and dedication to patient well-being was evident throughout our visits. I highly recommend this clinic and appreciate the outstanding service provided by the Jenni. I even switched my mom's PCP to this doctor and she was so helpful in the process of that, too."

"Down graded review. Had some issues with previous primary care. As this was my S.O. only dr and became their primary, I switched also. Apparently they changed all the "primary" rules. Can only be seen mon, weds, Friday, and Sat 9a to 5p and have to call a day in advanced as they won't allow same day appts, AND you cannot schedule online (contrary to what the "primary" tab on their site says). Then you still sit in the waiting room with everyone who's sick until they get to you regardless of appt time, as it's by time of arrival The only benefits of making an urgent care facility a primary care dr. was so I could go when I had time and could make my appts online and same day. Very disappointed that it's not posted on the site, fb, nor was a letter sent to primary care patients expressing these changes. You find out when you walk in to be seen, and they have a paper on the counter. Sad I need to find another new primary dr........"
