"I would rate 0 stars if possible. My appointment was scheduled 3 months ago. Although frustrating, I figured it was worth the wait since I heard good things. A week before my appointment I get a MyChart notification saying that my appointment has been rescheduled another 3 months out. No one had the courtesy to even call me and ask if it was ok that I’d have to wait another 3 months or explain to me why my appointment was being rescheduled. I had to call this morning to get answers and the first person I spoke to was beyond rude and not empathetic at all. Save your time and energy and go elsewhere. I’m extremely disappointed by how unprofessional the entire situation was handled and I’m done with Henry Ford"
