Journey to healing

Journey to Healing is a health institution located at 10231 Puritan Avenue in Detroit, Michigan, United States. Our mission is to provide resources and support for individuals and families to overcome trauma and build resilience. We offer a wide range of programs, educational services, and treatment options for both youth and adults, partnering with community organizations to increase mental health awareness.

Our services include clinical and non-clinical social-emotional trauma-informed support for individuals of all ages, as well as organizations in the Detroit Metropolitan area. Since our establishment in 2017, we have been dedicated to providing evidence-based education, outreach programming, and therapeutic services for those who have experienced trauma related to grief, loss, and daily life challenges.

At Journey to Healing, we offer online sessions via telehealth where individuals can process their feelings and learn coping skills through a holistic approach. For youth and adolescents, we provide art, music, and drama therapy to foster resilience. Our trained therapists also provide take-home ideas and handouts to support growth outside of sessions.
