However, the front staff is beyond rude and actually told me to go ahead and go into withdrawals from my medication. I will be reporting her and the absolutely horrible way she treats people. "I love my doctor here, however it is frustrating to try and make any sort of contact with the office staff. Every single time I call I'm on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes, but its been up to 15. I understand being placed on hold when a business is busy, but I have never, not once, in at least the past few years, been able to call and speak with someone without them rushing to place me on hold. They need some help at that reception area if its always that busy. Its also frustrating that they don't discuss HIPAA forms with patients. My spouse wanted me to call the office for some results, but I couldn't get them because they never had him sign a HIPAA that they could. (I understand its the law, but they should address that when the patient fills out paperwork)."
