"Use to be great. Terrible service now. They do not answer the phone. Close early. Turn patients away by closing early. In the office right now and staff in the back talking and not answering us or the phone."

"Took my son here this evening after he has been sick with some sort of respiratory illness. From the receptionist at the front desk, to the medical assistant who I believe is named Amanda, and the nurse practitioner who was extremely thorough the staff at this urgent care is by far the best. The wait was virtually non-existent. Level of care was top notch. Being treated by a friendly and knowledgeable medical staff who are exceptional at active listening and also asking the right questions shows just how much they take the well-being of their patients and making an accurate diagnosis. I know with everything going around right now, the staff has been extremely busy and seen some long days. Even though we went in less than an hour before closing, the staff was extremely upbeat and friendly. It's apparent that not only do the staff take pride in, but also enjoy their work. We will be absolutely be back for any urgent care needs in the future."

"After having unpleasant experiences at several urgent cares AND regular Dr offices, I am so glad to have found Dr. Walker and this urgent care. She is very, thorough, knows her stuff, is compassionate and great bedside manner. I prefer to go here versus any other Dr. I have had the experience of seeing or working with in my 20 years as a nurse and I think that says a lot. Well worth any wait time to be treated with such care, respect, and compassion. A+ for Dr. Walker and the staff!"

"I took my 1 year old here for severe flu like symptoms. They didn’t check her ears and barely listened to her heart or lungs. They were very casual about my sick baby and told me she looked fine, when clearly she didn’t. I sat and waited for an hour and the doctor didn’t come back in to give us test results. I had to ask the staff that was standing in the hall giggling about nothing. They said oh yeah you are all set. I had to take her to the ER later that night because she couldn’t breathe. Turns out she had an ear infection. Don’t waste your time here, it’s a joke!"

"I am grateful I was able to get in for Covid testing and strep and for the staff being here but the organization is absolutely horrible here. I have been in a room for almost 30 minutes that does not looked to be sanitized since the last patient (I sani-clothed my own chair) and have been asked several times what my name is and what I am here for… I just pray my info and test results don’t get mixed with someone else’s."
