"I was referred here when the Flat Rock location was booked 3 weeks out. It was the best thing that could have happened. Ed's initial assessment of my problems was extremely thorough and intensive. He identified my issues which included my neck, shoulder, elbow and fingertips. His plan for treatment was spot-on and in 12 visits I am now pain free for 3 weeks. "I had rotator cuff surgery a few weeks before the Covid pandemic happened. I started physical therapy just as things were beginning to shut down. My first 2 visits were with Monica at the Flat Rock location. She was very professional & so accommodating, especially when I expressed my concerns of continuing with PT outside of my home. We decided to do video sessions until I felt more comfortable attending in person. Monica went above & beyond to stay in touch with me & to make sure I was progressing forward & answer any & all of my questions. She even came in on her own time with the help of her husband to demonstrate new exercises. Once I felt like the threat of the pandemic had lessened I transferred over to their Woodhaven location where I had the rest of my sessions with Ed & Michelle along with Mitchell. Ed took the time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed & worked with me on getting my range of motion back to normal, if not better. They all made sure I was progressing in the right direction & treated me like I was someone they had known forever. I did not think I would ever get the full use of my arm back until I met Ed & this amazing team of professionals at Performax! Thank you all for everything!"
