"This place is terrible they refuse to help me any more with getting a shot, they basically put it as well you won't have a 5 minute conversation with your doctor simply to say hi to her so you dont get the help you need. WHY DO I NEED TO HAVE A 5 MINUTE CONVERSATION JUST TO GET HELP HOW PETTY!!! On top of that the doctors just shove medication down your throat till they think you feel better."

"I got stood up by staff four times.. manager and job coordinator right after leaving inpatient. Easter Seals needs patient advocates, who aren't allergic to work. Pay for My time why don't you."

"I’ve had very negative experiences with both my therapist(s) and my assigned nurse practitioners. First of all ; my therapist regularly forgets my appointments , and when I call to leave messages for her ; she never responds back to me. Basically I have no therapist here unless she decides that I’m worth calling back . I need therapy and had maybe 3-4 sessions in almost two years . The nurse practitioner told me to stop taking my Seroquil pills because I was too fat ; this advice caused me to have a break down where I cut myself with an aluminum can . A family member had to call 911 for me to be taken to Mc Claren Hospital/ Pontiac . I don’t think that an NP or a Mental Health Technician should decide that I should abruptly stop taking a powerful antipsychotic medication. I’m in a severe depression/hallucinations phase . The people who work here a very rude and unpleasant towards me . I feel like giving up if this is the only help ( which is no help ) ; that I can receive with Medicaid . Please don’t go to Easter Seals MORC Pontiac because they don’t care about you !"

"BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE I would give them 0 stars if I could. My uncle has been a client there since May. He had never seen a therapist or psychiatrist until August, after I became his temporary Guardian over his medical care. Though he was prescribed medication after seeing psychiatry, they have been inconsistent in administration and delivery. I have made complaints on all levels, even Recipient Rights. This angered the Supervisor to the degree that she told him she was going to advocate to get my guardianship revoked. She doesn't want any family that questions the lack of care. She was perfectly of with him receiving no treatment for months. This place needs to be investigated by the attorney general's office. All licensed persons attached to my uncle's case need to be investigated by the state board of licensing for neglect and or abuse."

"I feel like I’ve been kicked to the curb!! My appointments were cancelled by them and never rescheduled…. They never called me to reschedule and I have called and left messages, emailed and even texted with no reply…. My anxiety level is thru the roof and I’m going to have to seek other options since I cannot even get a reply….. it started off good and my case manager I thought was awesome but I’m thinking she is no longer there because she was always responsive to my needs and helped me tremendously but now???? Nothjng from anyone!!!"
