"I was a patient for almost a decade. This place has acquired a five minute grace since COVID. How ever I was 7 minutes late and was told that I couldn't be seen unless I wanted to see if the next appointment was running late and then they would squeeze me in. Wow I wait at least 15 minutes for the doctor to come in my room and she didn't seem concerned about why or what brought me there! I left and today I have received 2 automated calls and a text message saying I missed my appointment. I'm looking for a new Dr. Now, I won't be going back."
"I hate it here. I love my doctor but that is it. Whoever works at the front desk is always rude, they barely answer the phone and they are not informative at all. Let them tell it they are always short staff. Smh if it wasn't for Dr. Palm I would have been left this clinic. They are too ghetto."
"I love them! Dr. Prince is my daughter's pediatrician, & she is awesome. I never feel rushed, I get my questions answered, & their sliding scale billing system for the uninsured is awesome. So grateful I found them."
