"Neither Dr Sandberg, nor his staff, will read your file. I've been going back and forth with them for months now, trying to get help for issues I've been having. Every time I've gone in, they've made me give them a specimen for a culture - despite having SEVERAL on file from their office, an urgent care, AND my PCP. They were just looking for something to bill extra for. Each time Dr Sandberg prescribed me an antibiotic, he either didn't read the chart to see that the one he prescribed was ineffective in multiple past courses, that I was allergic to it, or that there was a severe interaction with other meds I can't just stop taking. When I pointed that all out to him, his response was, "well what antibiotic do you want me to prescribe?" I DON'T KNOW - YOU'RE THE DOCTOR! When I called to try to speak to his office because they've taken over a month to put any results on my chart from an ultrasound, their phone system picked up and played a recording that didn't say, "hey we're too busy, or closed, call back some other time". It played a recording that pretends to be "Justin", who is having trouble with his phone, can't hear you, and will call you right back - and then hung up. I called back several times trying to get through, hoping my phone was just acting up, but no...THAT is their voicemail greeting, for a box that won't take any messages. WHO DOES THAT?! Just tell people you can't take the call!"
