"Tried to get an appointment 4 days ago. Still haven't received one..."

"I called yesterday (2.4.21) and spoke to a young lady on the phone was very nice and I explained why I was coming in to see the doctor . She was nice and took her time to speak with me . I had an appointment with the Dr. today (2.5.21)at 10:30 am. Upon entering I greeted the ladies up front no response no response back. Automatically NO we cant see you the baby is with you. I tried explaining myself and the other 2 ladies came all 3 attacking me rudely. I explained that I drove an hour distance to see the doctor during this weather because I had some concerns. I expressed that Daycare was closed today because of weather and I have no where to leave the baby and that it is hard to come back out again hour drive back and hour drive returning home. I asked if she can kindly ask the doctor if it was okay but the response was NO NO NO shaking her head and rolling there eyes all 3 of them. I can understand its a pandemic I really do but at the same time its the way you address people and the way you talk to them. Everyone deserves to be respected you dont have to be yelling at me when 2 patients are in the waiting room. The baby is in stroller not like she s running around the medical office and she is covered with a blanket and a. cover over the stroller if anything more protected then us in with a mask. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated especially since the Doctor is a really nice man and I drive a. hour to see him because he truely takes his time with the patient and adresses your concerns. The least they could have done was ask the doctor first before attacking me in such disrespectful manner. I am also a medical provider and I know how front desk staff work I am writing this review in hopes the doctor will actually take this into consideration because many times staff explain to the doctor otherwise and make the patient seem like they were rude or they are wrong. I understand no children aloud but I also do understand that CDC was not discussed prior to the appointment or was patient reminded that only the patient is to be seen. We all need a reminder at times and maybe that is what needs to be done when patients schedule appointment to discuss CDC and go over questions and remind patient only they are aloud. There are ways of handling situations rather than attacking a person. Things happen and it was a one time thing that I asked if please please can be seen because its my only day off and hard to get out the house with the baby and had no day care today not like I have done this before. I am very beyond disappointed by the behavior of the staff and loud tone with me , you are a mom or will be mom one day and know how hard it is to drive hour with a whining baby in the back. I have been paying for service and asked to be seen once or even ask the doctor the response was very loud and attackful. And no I am not writing this review because they refused to see me , I understand rules are rules but no need to YELL its rude not the way business is run. I will not return back to this office even though the doctor is really good and will not refer anyone the few people who I did inform to go I notified them to not go because of rude staff. Hoping that the doctor will take this into consideration not because I was not seen today but to advise his staff that at the end of the day its a business no need to attack people your a. medical office to help people. Thank you"

"Doctor might be smart but he is very blunt and seems as if he doesn't care how he talks to ppl and makes them feel. U gone go In there and say your head hurts and he will tell u to lose weight. Got denied help for depression just terrible service and staff are rude"
