My pain was so severe that I was unable to walk correctly and was relying on a walker and cane. After 8 visits with Emily, my pain has completely been resolved. "The fact that this center thrives on an advantage which is the presence of Mrs. Emilly Sherrard as a director of the Center. while to the best of my thinking; that without Mrs. Emilly the center will lose its Credit/ reputation. In terms of her distinctive personality, simplicity of dealing and a permanent smile on her face when receiving patients. "I had to stop therapy here after 2 visits. I found out that the PT who did my initial eval falsified my chart. There were no evaluations done on my first visit, yet there were notations in my chart that they were done. Furthermore, I sat in a chair the entire first visit and my insurance was billed for therapeutic exercises that I never did, among other claims. My first visit after that there were more than a dozen people there. No one was making sure the exercises were done correctly since there was only one PT and one assistant In addition to having to deal with my insurance company for false claims I cannot even get answers from the clinic or their customer service. The rep hung up on me and when I called back I'm on hold so long that the system hangs up on me. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone to find out what the status of my claim dispute is."
