"Rooms and waiting area are filthy, waited 50 minutes to be seen, I left the room to ask a receptionist about an ETA and when I had come back to the room I was assigned, a PA was clearing it for another patient! When I eventually did see Dr. Koza she brushed off my concerns about my medication and told me to come back for a follow up in a few months. Wildly unprofessional and I'm glad I have a new doctor."

"Kicked me and my son out of the office because I refused to put him on meds for behavioral issues and wanted a healthier alternative. Don't take your kids here, unless you want to be controlled!!!! And Dr. Park-Davis is very unapproachable and lacks empathy."

She respected my role as my son’s mom and was so great when it come to letting me make decisions on his care. "We went once and will never go back. The office and rooms are absolutely filthy, and the ceiling was falling in the lobby. We had a 45 minute wait with no communication as to what was going on, and the staff were extremely unprofessional. They couldn’t get height and weight charted correctly and were arguing about it in front of our child, another who came in looked so beyond irritated, we asked if everything was ok and they said they had “a lot of personal stress”. When we finally saw the doctor you could tell they had zero interest in being there. It was our first time meeting her and the whole appointment lasted about 5 minutes. She didn’t do half of what our previous pediatrician did. She had an awful bedside manner and was extremely rude."
