"So happy that I found this urgent care. The entire staff was incredibly kind, caring, compassionate and professional. They made a unpleasant trip into a easy, painless and positive experience. I felt respected, heard, comfortable and i knew that I was getting the best care possible. They even double checked with me on my preferred pharmacy and recommended and sent my prescriptions over to one close by and where I would be able to get it filled same night."

"Absolutely furious. Terrible experience. Brought in my two year old for an ear infection after she woke up in a puddle of fluid coming from her ear. Waited in the room for 45 min just to be told to GO HOME! Would not help me what so ever but don’t worry he got paid!!!! Paid out of pocket to be seen just to get sent home to do it myself. I want a follow up call IMMEDIATELY. This man should not be practicing medicine! Spent more time looking up an ear wax vacuum on Amazon for me to buy than he did helping my sick kid!! PISSED. I would like to note the nurses were phenomenal and the front desk staff as well. Very kind and knowledgeable unlike the Physician."

"Scheduled an appointment for a throat swab to check for strep, which is a swab of the throat and 5 minute wait for results. Made appointment online, arrived 10 minutes early and still waited an additional 50 minutes with two ahead of me in waiting room. Walls and floors are dirty dirty. Staff however is great."
