"I have seen 3 different doctors at this location. My current doctor gave me hope at our first visit but since then things seem to have gone down hill. Some of the staff here sound miserable when dealing with patients. I was hung up on by someone from the RX department and was told I would get a call back about it and that never happened. They were a little dismissive about something serious I had going on and also took over 48 hours to send a RX over. Getting a response isn’t consistent through the portal either. This is very discouraging for somebody who would Love to build an established relationship with a good doctor."

"My primary doctor is Dr. Krueger, very nice ,professional, kind doctor I also seen Dr. Forfa when Dr Krueger wasn't available, the same,friendly ,professional, kind. I have the best recommendations for the entire team of doctors and nurses. Every time I was treated with respect and professionalism."

"New pateient a wk ago.....waited 50 mins b4 being called back...the 1st nurse was nice but then the NP came in complaining about her schedule getting changed bcuz of another patient & it threw her whole day off & that she wouldn't b my new doc but she'll c me for today...I was going to b switched to another "Dr" for future visits....then I was treated as if I was the problem! Didn't do anything to help me...(total numbness in my hand) Bloodwork was ordered but I have been to the lab 3 times in the past week & it has been Closed every time. Today I called to find out if lab was open & they rudely told me .. "no...we don't know when it will b open bcuz they have staff issues...go to St Joes for bloodwork!" Basically I wasted my time & money (copay) ."

"Went to lab for draw on a Saturday because online they were listed as being open at 8:00. They were closed when I arrived. Went following Friday and they were closed too. Do not waste your time. Find another location. West Arbor is far better."

"My primary care doctor was Britzy Joseph. From the first appointment she was dismissive of my symptoms but made all necessary referrals for my complex medical needs. Aftet the first referral didn't work out she became seemingly annoyed at additional requests for my complex medical needs. Our final appointment she claimed she told me she would not prescribe a medication and she has told me a bunch of times she was uncomfortable prescribing that medication, aftet never telling me that before. She would argue with me during my appointments and made me feel like I was wasting her time. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache of going here, especially if Dr. Britzy Joseph is your doctor."
