"I was discharged as a patient at this place due to rescheduling “too many times”. I was not aware there was a limit on rescheduling, especially since one of those times was due to me waiting for over AN HOUR for the doctor to come onto the virtual appointment. I always gave at least a 48 hour notice. There was no warning or heads up from the receptionists that were, oh so polite and understanding. One day I just got a letter that I was no longer a patient. It said they would be happy to assist me finding another place of care, which I called, and they did not. Basically said “google search girl, good luck”. LOL"

"Dr Najem and his staff have been seeing my daughters and I since he took over the practice from Dr gavini, when I tell you that I trust him and his staff and know that they always have our best interest at hand I mean it! From his wonderful secretary’s to Lucy in billing I feel that we have always being a priority and they have always made sure that even when overbooked they found a spot for us last minute. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a wonderful thorough Dr and are in the surrounding novi area you won’t be disappointed."

"Every person on staff has gone above and beyond for me. I started going here when it was Dr. Gavini and he retired. Now it’s Dr. Najem and he’s just as sweet, as well as his PA’s and overall staff. I have been seen for adult ADHD and while I was there with my fussy newborn, Dr. Najem printed out for me a plan of care for helping my daughter sleep through the night which worked within a week. The girls at the desk go out of their way to help me when I call and have always been nothing but kind. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate every person who works here. I’ve worked in a healthcare facility which also contributes to how I know they really do go out of their way to help their patients. Highly recommended!"

"I spent a year fighting with my pediatrician, then a behavioral specialist, trying to get them to listen to me when I told them my son had ADHD. When he was finally kicked out of his preK class, I decided to go somewhere else. I found Dr Najem and he and his staff have been a god send. They listened to me, they got me in immediately, they educated me, and they helped me make the best treatment decisions for my child. I have felt hopeless for so long. Now I feel like a weight has been lifted and like someone is on my son’s team."

"I am a new patient of Dr. Najem's and I have had a very positive experience thus far. I was surprised to read the previous negative reviews, and I believe they are a bit outdated (2 -3 years old - plus the clinic is under new management now) and any issues detailed therein have been solved by the clinic, because I have not experienced any of the issues described by others. Dr. Najem is clearly a professional, has good bedside manner (he actually talks to you like a real person instead of like a few stats on a chart...), and clearly wants to understand the issues his patients are facing to find the best possible solution for them. I have been seen at my scheduled appointment time each visit with no waiting - appointments with him are how doctors appointments should be. The two female office assistants are very kind and welcoming and the process to set up appointments and be seen is very simple. In short, the process is easy, Dr. Najem has your best interests in mind, and the fact that the lab (for any blood work) and pharmacy are in the same building makes receiving treatment quite convenient for those with busy schedules. I would be very comfortable recommending Dr. Najem and his clinic to close friends and family."
