"I find myself compelled to share the utterly infuriating ordeal I endured with this practice. Theresa, the optometrist, was initially friendly during my visit, but the nightmare began when she prescribed glasses for my blurred vision. These lenses, allegedly addressing binocular vision dysfunction and astigmatism, proved to be a disastrous choice. Despite Theresa's assurance that there would be no adjustment period, I found myself stumbling over objects, breaking dishes, and enduring a relentless vestibular migraine that persisted for days. In an attempt to seek guidance, my daily calls to the optometrist went unanswered. When I requested an additional appointment, the front office staff declined without offering any explanation. The situation escalated when I visited the office to obtain a copy of the warranty for my almost-$1,000 glasses, which were unwearable. To my disbelief, Theresa was seen literally running from the waiting room. Shockingly, they claimed not to have the warranty in writing. Teresa's husband instantly provided a refund for the glasses but not the exam. To be clear, I never asked for a refund. I asked for a call back over several days. I consulted a vision specialist, who revealed egregious errors in Theresa's prescription. The lenses were essentially upside down, exacerbating my vision problems. Furthermore, the specialist contradicted Theresa's diagnosis, asserting that I did not have astigmatism, and the prescribed boost was entirely inappropriate for my situation. This entire experience reflects a blatant violation of the Hippocratic oath. Theresa's incompetence, coupled with a refusal to follow up with patients, prolonged my suffering and exemplified a lack of professional responsibility. The audacity of her response when threatened with a negative review is unforgivable. Claiming she had already spent more time with me than planned and refusing to schedule time for follow-ups is nothing short of infuriating. I think it's worth mentioning that much of the chatting during the initial exam included explaining why the Systane eye drop bottle is shaped the way that it is, and how much accupuncture could be helpful. I implore anyone with concerns beyond basic vision issues to steer clear of this doctor. Teresa's ineptitude and ego obstruct the path to proper patient care. Attached are images of the divergent .prescriptions and an unprofessional text from Theresa, highlighting her priorities. This experience is a clear warning to anyone considering this practice for their eye care needs. In my opinion, she owes me $175 for her worthless exam which yielded an incorrect diagnosis and prescription. EDIT: IT'S NO SURPRISE THAT YOU ONLY RESPOND TO POSITIVE REVIEWS given your behavior in my presence."
