"I do not even recall when I first started seeing Doctor Stern, but it was well over 18 years ago. In all that time, she has not been a part of my PPO network, but I will pay out of pocket to see her no matter what. I cannot say enough positive things about her patient care. She is the best Psychiatrist in this area in my experience. There are people I know who drive a great distance to continue to see her after they move out of town.
