"The front desk is straight up not helpful, unprofessional, and quite frankly was rude to me. Despite filling out countless forms online and physically before the visit I still was asked all the same questions in my visit. I was then told by the nurse they could get my flu shot and covid booster taken care of but that didn't happen. After I saw the doctor I was told to check out at the front desk. After waiting 10 minutes because no one was there the same rude receptionist came back to tell me she was logged out for the day and I could just go. The best part is they referred me to social services to find a therapist and all they did was send me a link in my Chart to Psychology Today's website. This place is an absolute joke."

"I always get such good care at the Groves. From the minute I walk in until I leave. All your staff are willing to help and instruct a patient is to do. Dr. Houchin is my primary and just the best. I also have seen Dr. MacDonald and he is also very thorough and thoughful and kind."

"Dr. MacDonald is the best doctor I have ever seen. If you are looking for a new PCP, look no further! He will put you on the right path no matter what your medical concern is. He truly cares for his patients and their well being. (Meaning you can tell he went to med school because he wanted to help people.) He does a fantastic job with mental health. He takes his time with patients, answers questions, includes you in the treatment plan and you never feel like he is trying to get out of the room and onto the next patient (yet he is literally never late for appointments.) Super knowledgeable and kind. Very personable as well. 10/10 May he never retire. Another reviewer complained about wait time before the front desk staff answered a call, but I have never been on hold for more than a minute and that’s pretty fast compared to other places. You can also use Bronson MyChart to schedule/cancel appointments and request prescription refills."

"Went to see Kelly walker for knee pain and was told I was overweight and to lose weight. 2 years of constant pain later I find out that I have a completely torn ACL and that it was a small tear 2 years ago and has been slowly ripping the past 2 years. I cannot get the surgery as its in a very small area of the knee. I called in September to make a complaint as the last time I had seen Kelly I overheard her saying that I was just overweight and there wasn't anything wrong. Spoiler alert my knee was red and swollen. I was told by the office manager that she would handle the issue and call me back. It's been months and still no word back. I have since gone to a different office and would never recommend this place to anyone."

"I recently switched to the Groves due to my current provider retiring. I had a great experience. I was able to get a timely appointment that worked for me. Staff greeted me upon arrival. I had little wait time before being called back. The MA was kind and funny; she engaged me in general conversation and had me laughing. The NP was professional, listened to me, addressed my needs and welcomed me to the practice."
