"They took my money just to perform a incomplete abortion in 5 minutes. Still had to have surgery be in the hospital, etc. Do not recommend to anybody! Look around before you just settle for this place!"

"Appointment was at 8:20am was in one room till 9:54am was one of the 1st patients seen today heard everybody that came in helped and out. After being in one room till 10am I was moved to another room to talk to the doctor to get done and wait 2 hours. The doctor who saw me at the start of my appointment walked in the room walked out and told the other nurses there was a black lady in the room that they put me in. Again I heard everyone that entered after me greeted and was told good luck and all. They left me in a cold freezing room. They claimed it was a medical emergency mind you walls are thin you can literally hear the nurses all just talking and laughing around and getting everyone else in and out. The nurse finally came in rude didnt apologize or nothing just gave me my medication and walked out.Worst experience ever!"

"Took a long time with a simple procedure as a pill I understand there are steps but it shouldn’t take an hour in between every step of my appointment very disappointing."

"Had my IUD placed here by nurse practictioner Diane and she did a great job making me feel comfortable and answering my questions. All the staff were super kind when I was dealing with a lot of pain after. Only wish there was some type of pain control offered for the insertion."

"Having 5 kids and being in my 30s I decided to get a vasectomy, at Upper Peninsula urologist, I went in for an initial appointment. Upon reviewing the qh9(mental health) form, that I had filled out, they wanted documentation from my veterans affairs mental health provider. I promptly returned the paperwork, as they share the same building, and the urologist office never returned my calls or gave me another appointment. Their concern was over depression indicated on form which in no way is related to procedure and the VA had verified I was safe from self harm and being treated. Now what, I still need a vasectomy and the same company owns all the facilities near me. My wife called Planned Parenthood(kalamazoo) , 8 hours away, and scheduled me an appointment . The next month, I drove down, had the procedure on the same day, and for a very reasonable cost. My mental health was positively impacted that day, by being treated like a human and not some monster. Reflecting, 9 years later, I can't thank yall enough."
