"My personal care with Dr. Dehaan is wonderful. She is caring and attentive. However, My Mother In Law has Dementia and is also a patient. Her new (there has been some turnover) nurse practitioner seems kind as well. My issues are with the staff. Not everyone, but overall the "care" portion is left out of "Healthcare". It's more like ...Eh. I'll take a message. I won't go into all the details, but after the most recent negative experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone make this their primary care office. Certainly not for an elderly patient or someone who has no advocate. There is NO above and beyond here. No overt compassion or concern. They can do what they can do, when they can do it, but tough luck otherwise."
