"Well I was there in Lakeview at corwell to get labs done. The receptionist on my right was very rude to me and I know she was very rude to other patients. The same receptionist was rude to me prior and my last visit a few months ago. And rude to others. Maybe somebody did talk to her cuz she was nice on the 25th. The next day I had a regular doctor's appointment Dr Wagner. Very well. In that receptionist actually treating me better than she did the day before. Maybe cuz I did mention something to a couple people about her rudeness. But your lab text on the 24th my labs were very very sweet they had to give me a few other extra folks as I'm hard with the job but they were very very nice, professional."
