"I've been going to this practice since for 27 years.17 of those have been Scott. He is great. Everyone there is kind and helpful."
"My teen daughter has been dating a boyfriend steady for two years. We requested birth control, which isn’t something the Dempsey’s believe in before marriage. And obviously aren’t comfortable with, considering she had to go without her bc for a weekend after her bf was out of town and returned, so of course we also requested a pregnancy test. Spending an hour in Karen Dempsey’s office conversing about her being a dental hygienist after high school and making a lot of money doing it, blah blah blah. I went on my teen daughter’s online account and notice Dr. Dempseys notes from our appointment. copied and pasted. Needless to say I made the call for a new Primary Care doctor the next day."
"I contacted this medical provider with the intent to move my whole family's needs over but I wanted to try them out first. Approaching my annual exam seemed as good a time as any and easy enough, just a physical. My annual assessment is covered 100% under my health insurance. The appointment went fine enough, the office wasn't necessarily pleasant but not overtly rude, just fine. I was in the office for about 15 minutes, they really didn't do much, just asked some questions and that was it. A very "hands-off" physical. I went about my day until a couple weeks later I received a bill in the mail for almost $200. After discussing with the provider it appears they fraudulently padded their invoice and miscoded their procedures and passed that cost on to me. They were unwilling to change their coding to reflect what the visit was, an annual health assessment. This office is everything wrong with the healthcare system in our country. I can't see this office any more than a fund-generator for themselves, no matter how inappropriate and fraudulently they conduct themselves. They don't appear to be interested in public health in any way, just coding their bills any way possible to increase that balance."
"I absolutely would not recommend Partners in Family Health! I have called in twice this year (once for me and today I called for my husband) and have been told they “don’t treat sick people in their office”. My husband has a sore throat and we just wanted it looked at. I was told repeatedly that he would have to go to urgent care or a walk-in clinic. I asked if they knew of any other doctors that would treat sick patients and they wouldn’t give me an answer. They call themselves partners in family health but only want to see you if you’re healthy. This is absolutely unacceptable for a PCP."
"The receptionists can be really cold and rude. The only reason I still come here is because my doctor is great, but the front of the office and the way it functions is frustrating. It’s a hassle to get in touch with the office because they close at 4:30 (before most working people, including me, get out of work), don’t even take voicemails outside of their office hours, and have no accessible online information or presence whatsoever. Simply trying to get a medication refilled has turned into a multiple-day affair more than once because my voicemail requests are ignored and it’s so hard to get a hold of a human who can help. Overall just not easily accessible, and grumpy receptionists don’t make it easier."
