"First I want to start out by saying that the staff at Ivy Rehab are great! Tyler is by far my favorite PT I have had the chance to work with throughout my various injuries I have had I'm my lifetime and through my 15 years working inside healthcare. Very knowledgeable/ intelligent and very personable/ professional! But for Ivy Rehab as an organization, they are complete opposite of the staff. When I originally showed up to Ivy Rehab I asked specifically what my co-pay would be and was told with confidence after handing my insurance card to the front desk who deals with this that it would be $15 that I agreed to pay and did so with my 2 months of rehab going a majority of the time 3 days a week. After I was done with physical therapy at Ivy they re-submitted my insurance and then sent me a bill for over a $1,000. When questioning this and going all the way to the billing department supervisor (who is out of state) who said there was nobody else that I could talk to they told me the original quote of $15 was just a guess and that I was responsible to be the one to call my insurance company to figure out what it would cost. It ended up being $75 copay per visit and over $300 for initial visit. They said that the only thing that they could do was set up a payment plan to help me out which did not solve the issue and if I was unwilling to pay that they would send to collections. I hope that nobody gives this organization their business and finds a honest place to go. Tyler, go find a better place to work for."

"If you are in need of PT in West MI, hands down, I recommend Ivy Rehab in Hudsonville. Tyler and Nicole (the ones I worked with specifically) are incredibly attuned to each patient. They go over and above in understanding your personal story rather than using a cookie cutter approach. Recovering from a double mastectomy, they approached my case with sensitivity and care, WHILE challenging me to do more. The atmosphere is friendly and refreshing (not all are!), and they do this work because they love it (not all do!). I actually have more strength and mobility than I had prior to my surgery! Highly, highly recommend."

"I absolutely love this place. I highly recommend it to anyone that struggles with pain. I started PT in 2020, had to stop because of distance at the time. I started my treatments again in 2023, my doctor referred me to Mary free bed and Corewell health. I tried them both and it didn’t compare to the results I got working with Tyler. I have tried several therapists in 3 different states, ended up leaving Mary free bed and Corewell to come back to Tyler. He is the absolutely wonderful! He knows what he’s doing and so does his team. When I can’t get in to see him, Scott and Nicole are wonderful to work with as well. If you’re looking for change in your pain management treatment, this is definitely the best place to go!"
