"The literal worst experience, every step. I truly wish Zero stars was an option - It's not, so BBB and Google Reviews both get 1. I should have known, under my parents policy, Years ago, they couldn't find my vehicle on the policy I'd been paying on for almost a year, after I'd been rear ended. The most recent experience involves Leah K, Tammy K, and the owner, Andy Simmons. None of them took accountability for their lack of information provided, and blamed the client for lack of clarification and for "not reaching out" despite having done so multiple times, being told we'd get a call back each time, and then never hearing back. I had Tammy contact me, one time. Every other promise of call back, never took place. I requested clarification on why a price was what it was, explained I'd seen a better rate the night before online, and when told "that's a 6 month policy instead of a 12 month" i was currently on, I said "Well, I like that price and coverage better, can we change this coverage amount and then do 6 months in full, I'll pay today with the same card on file you charge monthly." This was initiated May, it took until August 1st to get any contact from Tammy or the owner, Leah seemed to read half of every email sent, and then if she didn't know how to handle the situation, she'd just go on lunch, and hope I wouldn't email or call again. They expect their clients to understand the intricacies of Insurance Jargon, and tried to charge me over $2K worth of a policy, when I was trying to pay just under $600. I eventually involved my partner, as he is far more versed with numbers than I am able to be, and the owner then replied to my partner bringing up every opportunity in which they'd thus far taken advantage of me - by saying my partner was the unprofessional one. I was supposed to be more clear - despite me providing screenshot receipts of my clear request. I was supposed to call and text and leave voicemails and email ---- I didn't realize texting was an option, I called, and WHEN no answer, I sent an email TO MY AGENT. Going progressive direct, the agent was astounded at this case. Floored to hear how much they were trying to charge me, for LESS coverage than I ended up getting today from a wonderful Progressive agent. Seriously, save yourself the time and the money, these Agents...do not care about you, they just want your $$."
