"I want to thank Jelsema Vet Clinic and Dr. Douglas Clark for their kindness and attention to my cat Bossy. I had to make the difficult decision to let him go due to extreme heart problems. While he was 16, the decision was still hard. Jelsema is not my regular vet clinic, but they couldn't have been more attentive to getting me in for a heart check with Dr. Clark after seeing my regular vet the previous day who recommended a heart ultrasound. When it was clear there was nothing we could do for Bossy, they made the decision I had to make as easy as possible under the circumstances. I wasn't rushed, the assistant who took care of Bossy was so kind and helpful during the process. The whole staff were very cordial and welcoming. Jelsema is the kind of old fashioned vet clinic where the pet and owner comes first. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also highly recommend Dr. Clark for any heart issues."

We met with Dr. Jelsma who was professional and also personable. He did a great job preparing and educating me on the process. "Staff is friendly and scheduling is simple and easy. I love the app and how I can add a photo of each of my cats. It makes tracking appointments easy. Remote interaction with the staff is modern, as they can be reached via text messaging as well as the normal phone call and email. They texted after my kitten was spayed to make sure she was healing up just fine!"
