"The most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever been to, aside from the one in manistee who made a racial remark during an appointment. If you’re elderly it’s the place for you because you’re all they care about. Every time I have called to ask a question about my 2 year old daughter they “put in a note and have the doc call me back” except the doctor NEVER calls, leaves before the office is closed and doesn’t look in his “box” at the note talking about what is wrong with my daughter. Oh and don’t forget that there’s only one doc there on thursdays, and NO PHYSICIANS there on Friday’s. If they offer you a same day appointment, you better figure your day out and move it around to make that appointment or else you’ll never be able to get in unless it’s a routine check up. If you have a questions after hours, don’t bother calling the on call, because you guessed it- they will not call you back.. or the dispatcher will fail to ever get the page to them (this has happened to me twice) The people who answer the phones for this place are rude. And every. SINGLE. Time you call you WILL be on hold for at least ten minutes. No joke."
