"The only reason I am giving a one star is because zero stars is unavailable. The pharmacy has given the wrong medication to their clients, and they do not take responsibility for their actions. Do not go here unless you’re ok with giving your child some random adults medication."
"Literally the worst experience here. My husband I both have covid and needed our prescriptions. We have used this location once before and assuming they have our information on record, and knowing I’d be keeping others safe using the drive thru window…the pharmacist could not find my insurance information with my insurance card in his hand! Told me there was nothing he could do and to call another pharmacy to fill our scripts. On top of that, the other pharmacy would have to call them and get the information! Thanks to the lack of skills, we have to wait until tomorrow to get our medications. Luckily we have mild symptoms and aren’t severely ill. I’ll never use this location again."
"The most unreliable pharmacy I ever been to my entire life. I dropped off my prescription this morning, the technician or whatever title they give them told me to pick my prescription by 2pm. I got there from work at 6pm. I met an old lady there and they told me I didn’t drop any prescription..I explained to her about my drop off and she said she cannot find any prescription I don’t understand people anymore. It’s like nobody cares about nothing anymore. It’s like they just don’t care they just wanna be out of there. I made up my mind to go update my pharmacy from my doc, and my kids Peds because nothing in this life will ever take me to Walgreens again in my entire life. I had the worst experience at this pharmacy. I have had other rude experiences from the pharmacist herself but this one is the height. Peace to whoever uses this pharmacy. I would rather go to cvs."
"This place has the worst manager/pharmacist ever. Said that I had my covid vaccine shot in July when it clearly stated several times on my card it was April. Had a major attitude from the start and I had to yell at her to even get her to realize that there was an issue with what she was saying. I drove all the way from Ann Arbor and if I didn't stand firm, it would have been a waste. Will be sending this to corporate too, I don't need this stress."
