"They do a good job but are very aggressive about trying to do and sell you things for your pet you didn't go there for and don't need. As the other reviewer said, seems like a cash grab. Much like our regular health care system"
"Money grab. They charge for EVERYTHING. Was told they would do tech visits for a pet with a chronic disease who just needs an injection. LIES! They want to charge for an office visit every time. Was told bloodwork would be once a year. LIES! They refuse to give medication unless bloodwork is done every 6 months. Very disgusting that money is more important than the animals they're supposed to be helping."
"Love this vet! They moved locations, and we ended up finding where they went and followed, even though the commute is a bit farther. They really take the time to listen and care about your animals"
"The images are graphic so be warned. I took my cat in for an infected paw. I gave him the antibiotics and medication needed to help with the infection. Noticed a slight improvement and then the infection spread to both paws. He’s limping and biting off his hair while in pain. They originally charged me $249.00 to just clip his nails (only front paws were cut) and treat the infected paw. When I called their office and spoke with the receptionist she explained over the phone that I wouldn’t be charged. I told her the antibiotic they prescribed made it worse and that the infection spread to his other paw. She also explained that the antibiotic might not have worked because there are different ones to try. So I bring him back in for another appointment to have the doctor explain to me that his paw is not that bad and that I would have to pay a whopping $170 for bringing him in. Included in this payment would be a treatment of two injections to clear up the infection. I explained what I was told over the phone and still was offered no solution for my cats infected paws. Please for the safety and well-being of you pet do not bring them here. They will rip you off and waste your time."
"We have been there for a few visits now and they have been so friendly and kind every time! We are always in and out with no big wait times and they explain everything fully and in a way I understand. They treat my puppy like she’s their own dog and make sure she is comfortable and happy the whole time we are there. They have only seen my puppy so far but I also have three cats who all had a health scare recently due to store bought flea medicine and they provided me quality help over the phone and gave me an option for a emergency visit with them (which wasn’t needed in the end because the cats got better). They are reasonably priced too and in a convenient location! All in all, I’m happy I chose this vet and we will continue to come here with all of our animals!"
