CVS Pharmacy 30020 Grand River Avenue, Farmington Hills, MI 48336

"No one answered the phone on some days. I know the pharmacy is very busy with one Pharmacist working. I've witnessed the Pharmacist doing 5 things at one time. My doctor faxed at prescription yesterday at 12 pm. I went up to pickup my others scripts. Asked the the Pharmacist about my new script, Pharmacist said nothing was called in. Made a second phone call to my doctor office. My doctor said they faxed the script. I had to wait another 24 hours to get my anti nausea medication. Not great when one is feeling nauseated. Need to hire someone to get the phones and checked the fax machine. CVS shame on you."

"They rarely answer phones idk if it’s their system but I have spent over an hour two different times trying to speak to a pharmacist with no success. Constantly just got kicked off the call. Never get an answer"

"Worst pharmacy ever. Never using it again. They wouldn't fill my birth control last time I came even though I had an RX from my DOCTOR. So i had to continue to use the one I'm on and having bad reactions to even though my doctor gave me a new script. They also didnt have it at the store. The lady told me she would order it and I had to wait until after a certain date. I come back today to pick it up and the lady tells me the meds they ordered FOR ME are out of stock and it will be here tomorrow. So I have to come back for a 3rd time for the same script. And they are never nice to me about it. Hate this location!!"
