"My experience at this store is always amazing from the time I come in. Upon entering a lady and a gentleman quickly greeted me, asking me how I was the guy was displaying flowers. I didn’t walk to the back of the store to speak with the pharmacist asking about some over-the-counter pain medicine she which was Rita absolutely helpful and very nice. After asking her which would be best for what I was dealing with she made a decision and I purchased it. Mariah was very helpful as always directing me down the aisle with the pain meds were prior to speaking to the pharmacist. What is amazing about the store to me is at some point I expect to walk in and not be greeted by friendly people however, that has not been my experience. The only bad thing that I could say about the store is that it doesn’t have a drive-through other than that it is a super friendly store and I love it!!"

"Never again will I come here. I used to love coming to this pharmacy because it was close to where I live. Now I’m just going to have my scripts transferred elsewhere. They always give me a hard time with my scripts and never having them ready in time. It seems like they don’t know what they’re doing there."

"NEVER in my life , have I been so fuming. Prescription dose was increased a week after initial prescription. I ONLY went here because they had a cheaper out of pocket cost on a non covered (different) medication. I frequent pharmacy at my doctors office and occasional cvs by my house. This "pharmacist" got on the phone after speaking with the young lady for a second and told me "do not call here anymore im going to flag you for trying to fill multiple prescriptions" I'm no genius , but if you're given an increased dose of something YOU NEED MORE OF THE MEDICATION. I DO SEE MULTIPLE DOCTORS. My PRIMARY CARE, MY PSYCHIATRIST AND a SPINE SURGEON. THEY ALL ARE DIFFERENT FIELDS. I take TWO controlled substances, so YES I understand the issue. BUT, none the less you do not speak to people that way or at least try to LISTEN before reacting. This was a legitimate prescription. I assure you, I WILL NOT let this go until proper steps are taken and this man is fired or at the very least reprimanded. Rite Aid you have not heard the last of me. I will use every forum, platform, and any other word of mouth to continue to legally * and non violently ** let this go. UPDATE: RITE AID HAS NOT CONTACTED ME. THE EMAIL GIVEN WAS A UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS AUTOMATIC RESPONSE FOOL YOU."
