"Such a horrible unprofessional office. The doctors/ nurses look at you like walking dollar signs and have zero respect for boundaries. The last time I went I actually had a nurse lie to me about my insurance coverage and try to bully me into getting a procedure that I wasn’t comfortable with getting. They bullied me to they point of me getting a panic attack and sobbing in my car after I left. I was there for a simple med check. They very aggressively push meds and procedures, regardless of how you feel or what the issue is. Do not ever come here for something simple like a check up or a med check because they will try to push every single type of procedure on you for insurance payouts. It is crazy to me how dismissive the female medical staff is to their female patients boundaries. As someone who works in the medical field the lack of respect for boundaries is absolutely shocking to me, it is a very evident that they’re there for money not to help patients. My whole family used to go to this office, and we have all left after a few months because of the same lack of respect of boundaries and bullying behavior. I gave them a second chance but I wish I didn’t, I’ve actually developed severe anxiety to go to the doctor after my last interaction with their staff, I’m scared of going to another office in fear of the same treatment."

"Zero Stars is more appropriate. DO NOT USE THIS Physicians office. Two years of incompetent front office, loosing prescription renewal, mishandling records send from prior physicians in my hometown. My wife left them 18months ago for same reason. I am leaving now. Most recent atrocity. ON Dec 30 the doctor told me to go direct to the emergency room because o having severe headaches for more than 3 days. The emergency room said that it was not life threatening and that I was to contact my personal physician for treatment. I called them at 3:00 on December 30th after being discharged from ER. They were closed. THEY DON"T ANSWER THE PHONE, They Don't return messages. THE afterhours number they leave is inoperative. This is the same pattern of service for over two years. IT"S JUST that now I really need some medical care. They are no ware I feel so very strongly about saving people from this practice that you may look me up on Facebook and contact me via messenger. I will share my personal experiences. NOT RECEOMMENDED - AT ALL!"

"I'm so happy to have found Dr. Paquette a few years ago when I made the move to Northern Michigan. Not only does she have an awesome bedside manner, she has the patience of a saint. One of the things I really appreciate about Dr. Paquette is that she's very conservative with prescribing things - she coaches ways to improve without immediately going to drugs. I would highly recommend Dr. Paquette as a primary care physician, she's the best I've gone to in my 52 years!!"
