"I called to get a Coronavirus test which is required for my work. I called 3 separate times over the span of an hour and no one answered in the middle of a Wednesday afternoon. They call me back and say they were on lunch break (which isn't listed online nor explained in their voicemail), even though its supposedly only a half hr break. Then they explain that they will not do a Coronavirus test for me because they are Primary Care Family Practice and are not required to give Coronavirus tests to anyone. Good to know they could care less about helping people and are all about the money."

"My husband took my 3 year old to the walk in clinic yesterday, she woke up with the croup and instead of jumping through hoops or a doctor waving off this mother who knows her child and making me go to the ER this weekend. Our doctor was awesome! She let my husband call me while I was at work and explain that this happens once a year and using the just wait and see approach doesn't work. She took what this mom had to say to heart and when I asked for a flu test just in case she was happy to sooth my anxiety about my baby girl. Even the billing department is fabulous. We've been having issues with our insurance company with names and dates and they have been so helpful. Very grateful to have this office and staff near by."
