"Never go to this place. I registered here two years ago when medical cards were hard to find and paid $200 at the time now that wasn’t bad then especially for doing it the first time. I officially reached the renewal period and found out on top of the $40 fee the state has there’s $150+ 5% fee for you to sit down on zoom with this joke of a doctor and have him “approve” you. Mind you he has never contacted me been involved in my care or even care knows me as a patient in the past two years. I haven’t even received an email or any communication from the clinic after I got my card. I did everything on my end and called them after I renewed it so they’d check their email as it said I needed to do that. The renewal process is actually easy with them just needing to approve you through email. They called back angrily that I had done it online and I had put them on a timeline to get it done. Then they included I was required to make a zoom appointment. It’s a joke they expect me to pay $150 for less than an hour of this Doctors time on Zoom! Little did I know regular Doctors that aren’t in the Munson Network (aka locally owned) can approve you and be covered by insurance. I’m going to a different doctor just on the premise that this is so piss poor. I’m not paying $150+ for this guy to sit in his living room on a computer playing doctor when I can see an actual doctor that’s covered by my insurance."
