"I mostly come here for prescriptions every month. I think they’ve had staff issues for awhile. Despite that, everyone is always so polite, and smiling, and really trying to work their buns off. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. I’ve had my days, where I wasn’t as patient as I meant to be. But they still try to do everything on their end to get the balls rolling, and be as informative as possible."

"Does not know anything about customer service. I worked in no one greeted me. Went to get my son rx filled and they try to tell me it would be done in an hour and half. I told then I needed it now my son is crying and needs this med. Then they said 30 minutes. I walked around not one employers spoke to me at all. There was some great michigan state stuff no price . I will stick with Rite Aid."

"This place has the absolute worst staff. I understand places are short staffed that can’t be excuse for bad service. Went at 8am today and finally left at 8:05. Called at 8:10 to see when they open as sign says 8. Lady in pharmacy was rude said they open at 8. Explained they were not. She said well we were late today. You have no clue when someone has meds, has to be to work (yes on time) and you go to get script when they advertise they are open and it’s closed. You need to do better or get a different job."

"Just left ther Pharmacy tech Dave was very rude . Called in at 504 spoke to him said my sons script would be ready in 40 mins left work got there at 615 I always give extra time . He then told me they didn't have it I asked why he told me it would be ready then he went straight to yelling at me told me I could call walmart or Meijer to get it I asked if I could get the script to take there he started yelling again the pharmacist had to stand between the counter and him she then took over I asked to just get help transferring the script to the other pharmacy she said she didnt have time to be on the phone I called Meijer call took 1.5 mins I then asked for a district manager number she made me wait for 15 mins to tell me she can't give that to me."
