"I liked the whole experience of my care. I was symptomatic and needed urgent help for a UTI. The RN was present and prepared me for the virtual visit with the NP. Both professionals were knowledgeable and personable. I was diagnosed accurately and medication was sent directly to my pharmacy. They answered my questions and gave honest feedback. The vital sign “command post” was very effective. The only item I felt uneasy about is the BP reading; it’s visible to the patient thus perhaps exacerbating an elevated BP. All in all I would return for urgent care here."

"I’d scheduled an appointment and was seen promptly at that time. The exam & diagnosis was a combination effort by the nurse on site and the nurse practitioner on video. We openly discussed the pros and cons of treatment options and chose a solution the medical personnel and I were all comfortable with. I felt that I was involved in and a part of the outcome."

"Realizing my daughter had strep throat on a Saturday evening and that if I couldn’t get her in someplace right away she’d miss school Monday and quite possibly be very sick by then I called this clinic. It was after 5:00 and they were closing but she said if I could give her our info on the way in and get there quickly they would take us. We did that and when we got there the first thing they did was give her the strep test so that could run while we did the rest of the visit. This allowed for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy which closed at 6. We had never been here before and they absolutely bent over backwards to help us. Our own pediatrician was only able to say we should take her to the ER. But at the clinic in Walgreens they got us in and today (Monday) my daughter feels much, much better and is in school. It’s been a while since I’ve been treated in a way that felt special and like we mattered. I’d recommend going here to anyone. Thank you!!"

"The on-site nurse was knowledgable, nice and efficient. The remote nurse practitioner was prompt, friendly and effective. The clinic itself was clean and the tools/systems used were state of the art in my opinion. We waited longer for our prescription to be filled!"
