"This clinic is a joke. If you’re looking for help through your tribe or an IHS facility go somewhere else. The phone is never answered. If a message is left the chances to get a call back is slim. More than half the time you can’t even be seen by your doc! There are SO MANY tribal members sick of how this place is ran. The admin there are idiots. Cant remember her first name but dubois?shouldn’t be in a management position. I spoke to her directly asking for her boss and she denied me. She works there All because of who her parents were. It’s a sad sickening game! Even if you go higher up with complaints nothing is fixed. IHS needs to be involved here."

"As a tribal member who has gone here my entire life, and with serious health issues lately, I’m beyond disgusted with the competency of this place. Nobody ever answers the phone. People are SICK. They apparently just do not care. And there will be no repercussions for them because there never are. They claimed short staff back in 2020 during Covid. Understandable. 3 years later? No that’s highly doubtful. I’ve been in there multiple times this year and have seen plenty of people working. Maya Schlappi needs to either get a new job or learn how to pick up a phone."

"Nobody answers the phone or calls you back.. Quality of care is below average.. If you happen to unfortunately get sick with serious health issues Good luck! My daughter had a sinus infection for 2 years and they couldn't even diagnose that.. she's been suffering with a headache/migraines for four months and doctor refuses to give her any migraine medication or run any scans on her head or give her a referral to a headache specialist..The ER has become her doctor due to their negligence."
