"Went there for hearing aid cleaning, and the lady who took us back to the office was very rude. Had a very short personality with a senior that I was with. The senior wanted to ask about the payment and she said we’ll talk about it just sit down a couple times to her that was very rude. She had an attitude when we said we didn’t wanna pay the money that we would come back when our appointment is in January and she basically told us there’s the door if that’s how you treat your customers who are probably mostly seniors that word is going to get out and community because I am definitely gonna be telling people how we were treated today. I understand you’re busy and you were backed up but that is no way to be short and very rude to a senior citizen, hopefully this gets to the person and she does better. This information should be in written notice by the front door when you are advertising that you do hearing aid services if you are not part of their hearing aids, then there is a charge."
