"Scariest and worst experience in my life, Dr Garrett will never touch my eyes ever again"
"Had cateract surgery 3 years ago. Well they checked out my eyes with a full exam and found it was just dry eye but need new glasses. They wont give me my script so i can go get glasses. So now i need anither full exam. Im On a fixed income and medicare where medicare is limited so its out of pocket for me now. I will not go back. I seen Dr. Anderson and he said all i needed to do was call and they would fax my script to where it needed to be. That was a lie."
"Late as usual. Finally called back 30 minutes after scheduled appointment time. Repeat of 5 minute test already done in referring optamologist office then asked to sit and wait in the back waiting room. Now a full hour after scheduled appointment time and still waiting for next step."
"I have worked here for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with my coworkers and the results patients receive from care by Dr. Garrett. Seeing the improvement in vision after patients have cataract surgery is incredible. Dr. Garrett also provides care for those with glaucoma, macular degeneration, and other diseases of the eye to help patients regain or maintain their vision. Overall a great place to work!"
"Posting for my elderly father. My dad had cataract surgery on both eyes. First eye went great, second eye had issues. He was back and forth to Dr. Garrett and his regular eye doctor to take care of the 2nd eye. Ended up needing a contact lens in the 2nd eye due to Dr. Garrett putting stitches in his eye after surgery. When he went to get the all clear from Dr. Garrett, the Dr. left the contact lens in his eye! My dad's regular eye doctor is the one who found it after my dad complained of sever eye pain to her. After developing cloudiness in his left eye, which is a very common side effect, he was told by the office that he would not be able to get an appointment with Dr. Garrett to remedy the issue for over 6 weeks! The receptionist told my dad the he isn't the only one with this side effect and that they had other cataract surgeries scheduled too. If you cannot even help the people that you have already done surgery on, don't you think that maybe you shouldn't take new people until your current patients are taken care of? Does Dr. Garrett need the money that bad that people have to wait over 6 weeks to have what is probably a 10 second procedure to fix the issue so someone has clear vision?? Thank goodness someone else was able to give my dad an appointment in a timely manner!!! He will NOT be going back to Dr. Garrett."
