He takes time with his patients & answers every question I have with great detail. I've never felt rushed during an appointment with him. I feel very comfortable there. The office staff & nurses are also wonderful. I never have a hard time getting an appointment, I've had several same day appointments!"
"Excellent experience with Katie, the receptionist. She is competent, efficient and kind. My husband came late to an appointment and after a run-in with Jackie (another receptionist who was rude, nasty and missed her calling as a dungeon-guard from the 14th century) Katie stepped in and fit him in, so he could be seen. Doctors are willing to take time with patients, explain things so they are easy to understand and have a fabulous bedside manner for sick children. Despite Jackie, I truly recommend this clinic. We drive nearly 40 miles to come here, despite other clinics being closer, just because of the wonderful docs, nurses and for Katie the receptionist. Two thumbs up, Katie!"
