"My husband's appointment was at 11 and he got in at 11: 55. Meanwhe while I waited for him, an older gentlemen was left standing at the window for 15 min. I knocked on the OT window and she said she would find someone. Finally 5 min later I called the wound clinic and 3 min after that two women showed up to the window. Poor patient service."
