Their Rn has yet to take care of a prescription, which was sent in 2 weeks in advance, because the same thing happened on the last refill. that I have to take twice a month, she tells me the it is the insurance CO's fault, and the proof is the insurance Co has not gotten any correspondence from their office for my case in over a year, so I would say the Rn needs to do her job in a timely manner!?!"
