"Nothing but problems with New Dermatology Group. They charge an absurdly outrageous amount of money and they won't schedule future appointments or call in prescriptions if you have a balance. You never see the same doctor twice, so there is obviously no continuity of care. Reception staff is very unprofessional and unkind. But, seriously? Withholding medication?"

"Lady at the front desk is very rude. Ive been in three times and each time she’s super unfriendly and clearly does not like her job or care about patients. The other two gals there seem friendly though. There is no acknowledgement of privacy at the front desk either. It’s huge but yet the three workers sit very closely together and discuss info including billing when it’s jam packed with patients. The nursing staff is super! I give them a star for that. I saw a PA three times. First time I went in was so short and I had to remind them why I went in. Only address two of three issues. Took all hit ten minutes and cost me $900. Second time was for a procedure and that went fine. Third time I felt much more comfortable and so did the PA. He spent much more time with me than the others and was friendly. I just can’t get over the cost as well as the rude lady at the desk. Will be going to Green Bay from now on. Not worth my time or money going to the one in IM let alone being treated so badly by the front desk lady."

"Front desk lady lacked customer service skills and any kind of courteousness!! Upon walking in, she was playing games on her phone, took a few seconds before she acknowledged us, and was very short. There was no hello, how are you, just very very rudely spoke to us. I think we will stick with traveling to Green Bay for further appointments, much better care and compassion there!!"

"When I went in, I had no idea what was going on and was pretty scared. I was in a lot of pain and had a great deal of itching. By the time my appointment was finished, PA Joshua Hulkonen had done such a great job of reassuring me that all would be fine, that my mind state was completely oppositional to what it was upon arrival. Ramona was great when I had seen her before as well. Very grateful to have a good dermatology team that has my back! (literally and figuratively)"
