"I called yesterday and did my necessary yearly assessment for my insurance. After I was done, I got another call asking about the assessment, so I called back and a kind woman said it was already done and that I was all set. She even took down my number so I would not continue to get calls and was very respectful. Then today, I got a call again asking me about the insurance assessment and I, again, let them know I finished it. That second woman was also very kind and said I was all set and wished me a happy new year. Then about an hour later, I got another call claiming that I still needed to do something. They have my phone number so I thought I was all set, as the kind woman said. I let them know I already finished the assessment and have already chosen my own health care providers and was not interested in their providers and asked them if I was all set. There was a crying baby in the background; this woman interrupted me so I asked her to please not interrupt. She then hung up on me. Some of your people are absolutely wonderful, but others are not making your organization seem organized. I know some people there are doing a great job so I appreciate them and am grateful for their kindness and respect. Thanks for your time and have a great new year."
"Just met with Dr. Kelly she is by far the worst Dr I have ever met. She has her agenda and really wants to fix you. But it comes off as arrogant and mean."
"I was involved with Ortele Health for my psychiatric care on several non emergency visits. Very horrible company and very disorganized. Dr Kelly wasted my time. Cut me loose despite being depressed with no meds. They violated HIPAA by sending my personal information to a counseling center without my consent or knowledge. The state needs to shut them down."
