"My husband went by ambulance 4 times in 10 days, and was discharged to home, (unable to walk and breathe) for 3 of those. The competant MD, for the final visit, kept him because he was critical by then, awaiting an ICU bed.) We tried to get him brought to a different hospital on the 3rd and 4th ambulance run, but it is against policy. The nursing care was also hit and miss. Pray you don't get the incompetant nurse with the bad attitude."

The on-duty nurse, Roger, was prompt, courteous, and professional, as was Dr. Liu, the ER physician. They cleaned my wound, ordered X-Rays to ensure nothing was broken, ordered an antibiotic, and administered a tetanus booster. My injury is healing the way Dr. Liu said it would, so I'm pleased with his diagnosis, treatment, and explanation."
