"Dr. Ron is wonderful, but apparently in 2021 I have been told I had 3 no-shows which is completely out of character for me and the office staff has told me I am in danger of being kicked out as a patient because of this. It is now 2024 and I am still being 'judged for these 'no shows ' that I don't even remember having. Really upsetting. I continue to go to the L'Anse office only because A I like the Dr. and B. it is the most accessible for me. Otherwise thos would be a 1 star review."

"Okay for glasses, if you're getting contacts expect to go back multiple times for checkups before you will get your script. Unprofessional and makes it hard especially when we live an hour away. Was told the last visit was going to be the last, and then my husband was scheduled again to come back, doesn't make sense, just be aware, doctor was angry when asked for the legitimate script for us to order elsewhere."

"My husband and I both went here for eye exams. Dr. Ryan was very professional and kind. Office stuff was helpful, friendly and welcoming. I received notification about my new frames being ready for pick up within a week following my appointment. Would highly recommend!"

"It's been over a month since my gf appointment, still no glasses! They forward to the ishpeming office instead of answering there patients calls bc of remodel supposedly.. They don't even have the decency to call and let us know. I've never heard of an office not calling to let patients know about their inconviences. Remodel or not, can't pick up a phone?!? TF BEYOND MAD!!"
