"Worst Walgreens Ever! Mainly because of the staff (Not everyone). I don’t generally write reviews but behavior of that Mexican girl made me write this review. I don’t know the name but she was so rude to the customers. She was gossiping about customers with the other staff in Mexican language. Somehow I was able to understand that. We were just checking the price of clearance items and she started talking rudely with us. She knew that some items were not on clearance but she still kept it in that section. What I observed was she was just gossiping and on her phone during her shift. Because of such people, stores get this bad reviews. The date I visited was 2/18/2023 around 5:30 pm. I’d highly suggest to make her learn this lesson in some strict manner."

"Very nice pharmacy staff! My son needed a prescription about an hour before they closed and helped me a lot by calling the Dr to get the med changed and filled it immediately. Thank you for being so kind and compassionate!"

"What all can I say, this is one of the many Walgreen stores you will find throughout greater Grand Rapids. This one happens to be in Grandville at the corner of 44th St. and Ivanrest Avenue. The store is clean, typically well-stocked, and the customer service is very good. The pharmacy is excellent and I recommend it wholeheartedly."

"Generally my interaction with Walgreens Ivanrest is positive. Today, not so much. My wife went online to expedite a Rx pick up, finally having to recall the pharmacy and connect with a tech or pharmacist to add an item to the pick up. She was assured that the Rx and over the counter item would be available for pick up. We just tested positive for Covid and wanted to avoid entering the store. The tech at the drive thru offered only the Rx not including the over the counter med. When I attempted to explain the phone conversation he interrupted me numerous times and became argumentative. Highly frustrating. Walgreens can do better."

"Amazing service, we showed up to the pharmacy 15 min after they closed. My daughter needed antibiotics and the pharmacist overheard us talking as we we're leaving. He approached us and asked if he could help, and then went back to the store, opened up and dispensed the medicine. Above and beyond sir."
