"On January the 8th I brought my son to the emergency room with a severely infected second toe on his right foot. We saw Dr Connor who wrote in his notes cellulitis but was suspicious for osteomyelitis. Instead of sending him to Henry Ford on Grand boulevard he chose to send him home with after one dose of iv Flagyl and two prescriptions for keflex and flagyl. He said Cottage doesn't have a MRI My son is now an inpatient at Grand Blvd and will have his toe amputated. I'm very upset with Dr Connor and his decision."
"I want to commend the staff for the awesome care that I received from start to finish in urgent care. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate it. I have rarely had an experience that equals the care that I received on January 15, 2024. I was beginning to wonder if it was even possible to receive such kind, compassionate care anymore. I want to especially commend the x-ray technician who was on staff that day. He was so kind and considerate. I was diagnosed quickly and I was in and out in no time. Thank you everyone for everything that you did for me that day. I came in very ill, and I left feeling much better. God bless you all!"
"Not good! Waited for super long in ER. The staff was defensive about the wait, blaming it on this or that and it was hardly busy. Lack of authentic compassion, it was almost as if they enjoyed that people had to wait. Really gross. Gave two stars because we were eventually seen by a doctor, in sprite of the general dysfunction and weirdly chill attitude toward emergency issues."
"Went in for an emergency. Was taken well care of and the staff was great. Normally, the wait in an emergency room can be 12 plus hours! Not the case here. Very thorough with their care. Thanks everyone!"
"The care that the patients receive is wonderful. Anyone with a patient are ignored. You basically drop them off and they deliver them back when it is time to go home. No good wishes before surgery or the ability to see them in recovery. You will not get any opportunity to see your loved ones till they wheel them out to go home. No update till the Dr. Comes outand that is it."
